Andrew Lapica · Board Member · The Ridges

Hi, I'm Andrew

About me (candidate statement, PDF, opens in a new tab)

Thanks to your support, I was recently elected to The Ridges Board with a record number of votes. I want to share the ideas I'm working on to improve The Ridges directly with you, and hear your feedback, ideas, and concerns.

I'll be candid. Since joining the Board, I've asked for these ideas to be placed on Board meeting agendas so we can discuss them openly in front of all residents. So far, most have been deferred or ignored. You deserve to see what's being proposed and know where each item stands, which is why I created this site.

I'm grateful to the Board members who have supported me in bringing these ideas forward, and I'm committed to elevating The Ridges' resident experience however I can. If you have ideas or concerns, please share them with me here.
